Refund Policy

If ever the time arises when a refund is needed, I am always willing to discuss, especially if it is due to an issue with the product. As some items I use in this jewelry are thrifted, scavenged, etc, I am not always able to confirm the quality and material of every object. This is an inherent risk when using reclaim items, but it is something I am also very willing to work with any customer on if an item is not as expected or not durable to a reasonable and expected extent.

The typical timeframe for asking for a refund would be 30 days after delivery. Reasons for this request can be faulty hardware, breakage, unintended signs of wear, and general dissatisfaction. If an item breaks or shows signs of unreasonable wear after this timeframe, please reach out and we can handle it on a case-by-case basis.
